Assist in greeting Roses on the River participants, handing out their race bibs, thorns tickets & race scarves, and answering any last minute questions. Packet Pickup location is at Road Runner Sports on NW 23rd Street.

Assisting our crew in setting up tents, signage, tables, and chairs in the post-race party area

You will work directly with our course managers directing runners along the course. It allows you to watch the race and cheer on the runners!

Filling up water cups on course. It is a great place to cheer on runners and watch the race!

You will work directly with participants by giving them their race bib & scarf. You will also help answer any last minute questions runners have before the race.

Taking participants bags, coats, personal belongings, etc. and placing in cloth bags. Assisting in returning participants their belongings after the race & after party.

Assisting in setting up water tables, rails, and finish line arch. Also assisting the starting line in holding up wave time signs at start of race. This job allows you to watch one of the most exciting parts of the race, the finish!

Help pour wine at the Underwood Wine cart.

Filling up water cups and prepping bananas at the post-race party area

Assisting our staff with taking down tables, chairs, signs, tents, cones, etc. and loading them into trucks.
